I carried on like this for years.

People on the outside, who are able to look at your struggles from a different perspective, may have encouraged you to seek out counseling or offered advice on things that could help.
But until you are truly aware of your own problems, and willing to take responsibility for them, you will continue to suffer.
And the reason why you’ll continue suffering is because you’re resisting change.
Resisting change will leave you in limbo, unable to take new actions.
Your old patterns continue and continue.
The moment you recognize these patterns and become aware of what you’re choosing to do and how you’re reacting to your anxiety…
That’s when you’ll be on the positive path to power.
