Anxiety used to cripple me for years, so I know how it feels to sit inside your head and keep playing worries and stresses over and over again with no hope in sight.
These sessions are perfect for you if you:
- Are experiencing a persisting symptom(s) and want clarity on what it may mean and what you can do
- Feel like anxiety is taking over your life and need encouragement and words of wisdom for what you can do
- Have started on any supplements or foods I recommend on my page, but want to ask your own questions!
- Want to ask questions about any natural health remedies for anxiety you’ve found online/elsewhere and want my personal opinion on it
- Want to ask any more questions about MY personal anxiety journey and how it could relate to your journey
- Have read my posts but don’t know where to start so you can help yourself
- Want recommendations for books and other info that may help your specific journey

Please note: These are not therapy sessions, and I am not a therapist. These 1 on 1 chats are a way for me to give you my undivided attention in relation to anxiety questions you have about your symptoms or posts I have on my IG or blog. If you have deep rooted trauma, or need to talk about your personal life, these sessions are not for you. In this case, I highly recommend seeking out a professional therapist.
