If you find yourself here, I’d like to extend a big virtual hug to you and invite you to stay as long as you’d like!

I believe you find yourself here for a reason and I hope we can be friends.
My name is Tamryn and I am a 30-year-old Holistic Nutritionist.
I moved from my home of beautiful Cape Town, South Africa, when I was just 19 years old and I now find myself calling Canada home.
When I was 23 years old, I experienced my first panic attack.
NOTHING can prepare you for the terrifying sensations a panic attack will put you through.
What’s even worse, is not knowing what the heck a panic attack actually is.
I had no idea what was happening to me, but I honestly thought I was dying.
After countless panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, bouts of agoraphobia and prescription pills, I knew I had to make a change.
Change can be scary, but it can be wonderful too, a whole new chapter to a new you.
So I ditched the pills and spring cleaned my life.
I cannot express in words what a difference in your diet, exercise, and practices like meditation and yoga can have in your life.
I was a skeptic for years, but when I became desperate and really gave myself a chance to try these things out, I was blown away at the change in not only me but my whole life.
When you start to heal not only your body but your mind too, you open yourself up to only good things in your life.
I’m not saying life will be smooth sailing from here on out, that’s not how it works.
What I am saying is that you will be become better equipped to handle what life may throw your way.
You will learn to focus more on what’s good in your life because, in this life, it’s the small things that count.
It’s your passion, the people who love you, your children, time spent in nature, it’s about the things that really matter.
It took me a while to truly grasp this, and as a human being, I am still learning every day.
This blog was created from my heart, to bring what I have learned and continue to learn, to you.
